Alright I know I've been dead for the past 5 months here but I am alive. November through December tends to be my busy season at work so it leaves me with little gaming time during the Holidays. Also as well I've been playing a lot more HaqqIslam in preparation for Adepticon which while I could write battle reports, it would kind of paint me as a HaqqIslam main which not entirely true. In the future I'll write up a tournament prep post about my lists I am taking, along a tournament write-up with how I did.
As for the main post, I have a few main plans for the year of 2023 when it comes to Infinity.
First off for gaming goals I was planning to restrict myself from two things: a) Not Playing a Sectorial for the entire year and b) Not playing PanO. This is more to challenge myself to kind of go against the grain of my meta being sectorial-centric and kind of challenge my list building by not taking non-duo links. The PanO restriction is more for the fact the last few non-store tournaments I have taken PanO of a certain flavor of PanO and kind of want to get out of my comfort zone to some degree.
After Adepticon I am torn between playing Vanilla Ariadna or Vanilla ALEPH next. One might lean towards the depending of how much of either army is painted.
As for hobby goals they are more hobby guidelines. The first is to get two of my non-PanO armies to a 95% or where at least most lists I make have 100% painted models in them. Not related to Infinity, but getting back into Blood Bowl with the 2020 ruleset so planning on rounding out my Human team and then picking up two more teams (which I might lean towards the Amazons, Elven Union, Wood Elves and Khorne since those are the ones that most intrigue me).
Anyways, I plan to have make a post about something Infinity-related but not sure yet. Hopefully before Adepticon.
